restaurant, its name deriving from that of the first butler of the Great Duke Ferdinando I,
proposes a vast choice of traditional Tuscan dishes, with added innovative elements.  The
premises are close to the villa and the Hotel, and has a capacity for 180 diners on two floor
levels.  The ground floor has a large dining room, and a connecting smaller room, both facing
onto Messer Pignatta*s colonnade, and onto a terrace offering a view of one of Tuscany*s finer
views.    Cantina Del Redi:   Over the last two centuries, these are the areas used for working
the grape crops, and transforming them into noble wines like the Carmignano.   The *Cantina del
Redi* Enotheque situated in the village of Artimino conserves the walls of a secular castle of
mediaeval origin, where one can partake of snacks and rustic Tuscan dishes, having an
opportunity for tasting the flavor of the wines of the Artimino estate.    Room service

Firenze SIGNA exit: Follow the signs for PISA-LIVORNO which will take you onto the Firenze-Pisa -Livorno Superstrada. After passing the exits for Lastra a Signa and Ginestra you should then take the MONTELUPO FIORENTINO exit, where you will then see Artimino indicated. Keep to the right through the three stop signs. You will now be on the SS 67 and should head towards Firenze for 5.5 kms until you reach the village of Camaioni, where ARTIMINO is indicated off to the left. You will reach it after 2 km.
