Island, approximately six miles from Grand Bahama Airport and less than a mile from the
closest beach. The hotel is on the water, but there is not a beach on the property. 

There is not a full service restaurant on the property, but the pool bar serves breakfast and
lunch. The property's amenities include a 55-slip marina, dive shop, tennis court, two
swimming pools, a swim-up bar, volleyball court, boat and bike rentals, Monday night buffet
and cocktail party, water sports for a fee, shuttle to nearby market and beaches, and beach
towels.
