Across the channel from Gozo and Comino islands, Barcelo Riviera Resort and Spa is
approximately 16 miles from Malta International Airport. Mellieha Bay, the island's largest
sandy beach, is a couple of minutes away by car or bus. A regular public bus service connects
the resort to all major towns on the island including the historic capital Valletta, the
nightspots of Saint Julian's, and the Sliema shopping area.
