From Kansai International Airport KIX Take the Kansai Airport Expressway and at the Rinku Junction continue due north toward the Hanshin Expressway Kobe Number 3 Line Exit at the Kyobashi Exit turn right at the exit and right again at the dead end and left onto National Hwy 2 continue due SW for approximately 1 kilometer and look for the Higashi Kawasaki Intersection right after passing the Hotel New Otani Kobe on the righ.
