- Zerohotel is located on Cerro Alegre, more precisely on Lautaro Rosas street, probably    
the best kept in all Valparaiso.  While Lautaro Rosas is a quiet street, the hotel is placed
within walking distance from most of the finest Restaurants and Popular Tourist Attractions in
Town.  The House keeps the Authentic Spirit of Valparaiso.  Despite its entire restoration,
this house built in 1880 maintains its wide spaces with rooms between       26 And 36 Mtrs2
and 4-Meter High Roofs.  In addition, natural light reaches every one of its cozy rooms and
spacious bathrooms.  Wooden floors, bricks and stones, original doors and windows combine
smoothly with contemporary furniture.  Details such    as 400-Yarn Egyptian Cotton Sheets, 600
Gram Cotton Bath Towels, or Alpaca Bed-Spread, make the mix between Tradition and Modernity A
real pleasure.  Zerohotel proposes an Intimate Space. With 9 Rooms only, usually less than 15
guests are in the House at the same time.  This means that you may to choose between meeting
other       people and have nice conversations or enjoying the place on your own.  Zerohotel
does not house any Restaurant, however every day we offer delicious Breakfasts in our Winter
Garden with an open view of Valparaiso Bay.  Furthermore, in our Honesty Bar all Guests can
have the drink he or she want by letting the Staff know by leaving them A note.  This Bar
becomes even more appreciated since we offer Complimentary Appetizers during the Sunset. 
Zerohotel has 9 Rooms, 4 Puerto with an open      view of the Bay, and 5 in the Colores
Category facing the cheerful surrounding streets and Pintoresque Hills.  Room sizes vary
between 26 and 36 Square Meters, distributed in the first two of the 5 Levels of the House.
