highlight is the Jetty Restaurant giving one of the most memorable dinner experiences in all
of the Seychelles. Guests watch the lights of anchored yachts in the bay and the natural
aquarium of the jostling fish below and listen to the sound of gentle waves lapping on the
shore as our chef creates delectable dished from freshly caught fish. Creole barbeque rich in
